nurse and

was “born”

1997 out of
those
rewarding
experiences.
Since
that time,
Liz has

wide-range

educational

evidence-

Liz helps

coping
skills for

Her

As a former

Mother-To-Mother
support
group in
Portsmouth,

alarmingly

rising
Cesarean
birth rate,

32.9%).
To that end,

seek vaginal
birth after
Cesarean,
(VBAC).

birth-planning,

classes,
bedrest
classes,
labor
support, and
breastfeeding
education.

encouraged
